Overall I had an excellent experience at Infinity of Flemington purchasing my certified pre-owned Q70L. Ryan the service manager was very professional while still maintaining a very friendly demeanor. He went as far as replying to my emails on his day off, which really shows he cared. Bob was also great to deal with. Never felt any pressure nor did I ever get the “salesman” feeling from him. Very polite and professional. Car was priced very competitively and was exactly as listed. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Was told prior to arriving I would get a courtesy car (which they gave me last visit). I confirmed the day before I would still be getting a courtesy car. When I should up they told me I was not eligible, the service manager did not even come out to tell me but sent someone else too. I have tried for 2 weeks now to get in touch with a manager to talk about my experience and have not received a call, text, or email. This place does not value its clients or the client experience they give. Last time I purchase a car from Ciocca and last time I use Infiniti of Flemington for anything.
